I'm starting a Qlikview project on my company. I need some documents and best practices to:
1. create the directory tree with qvds, qvxs, qvw, scripts, etc.
2. create a workflow of development of new apps, and the documents to support this creation (sample of app request form, tests results, pre-production checklist, etc.)
