Cumlative Aggr Issue

Hi All ,

I have the below table with cumulative done and with below expression . 

Issue is when i click on Year Month values are changing . I tried to Agrr and nullify but seems nothing is happening .

Please find below when i Click 2019-Q4 numbers are changing .

Please help modify the expression . I'm okay to nullify also like when user click on Year or Month or YearQuarter table should be constant or have the same values when they click on Year Month
