Dashboard doesn't respond on access point?

Hi,

I have a couple of dashboards deployed on accesspoint.

Most of them respond fast enough when accessed through accesspoint except for one.

The one which is very slow is used frequently by many users.

The particular qvw works fine when I open it on my desktop, but does not respond or is super slow when accessed via accesspoint.

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue?

Thanks

SM

Just found out ,the browser was responsible for the problem.

Since I upgraded my internet explorer to IE 10 I started facing this issue.

When I switched to Firefox  response was quick

But when I reload it CPU usage goes till 100%

Is it because of the bookmarks or objects users are creating ? Btw they have permissions to create objects

Now CPU usage is around 100% ...i.e. after the reload is over ..still shows around 100%

Options you have include :

  • Do the reload on a server seperate to the QV Server
  • Add more CPU power
  • Tune the dashboard qvw

Thank you for the response guys, unfortunately the problem persists inspite of allocating more CPU power.

Now it doesn't use much of CPU , but still certain sheets/charts don't respond at all.

Is there a app that I can use to look for bootlenecks in my app ,something  like Documentanalyser by Rob wunderlick ?
