Hi arunraj,

When you accessing access point you are able to check that the following plugins are install or not

IE Plugin,

Java,

AJAX zero footprint

By clicking on right of application small window of arrow button you able to see that. or always it is depent on the Internet Browser also.

Please confirm me which browser you use.

Hi arunraj,

Please check your IE Plugin, if possible reinstall it and check because other values are display.or try to view another version of the IE.

Hope this helps you.
