Directory Connector Service Error

Hi,

Iam getting an error when the Job is distributing the document with the following error message

System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out at System.Web.Services.Protocols.WebClientProtocol.GetWebResponse(WebRequest request) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.HttpWebClientProtocol.GetWebResponse(WebRequest request) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at XSMain.DirectoryServices.DirectoryWebService.GetFileSystemSecurity(String _password, String _filesystem, String[] _paths) at XSMain.Support.DSCHelper.GetFileSystemSecurity(Int32 i_ParentLogID, FileSystemPluginHelper i_FileSystemPluginHelper, List`1 i_ObjectPaths)

Even after restarting the service, this error is still persists. What could be done.

Hi, did you get a fix for this error or any workaround? I am getting this same error, when we restored the files under the document_ajax folder it works for a few days and then fails again with the same error. Thanks!
