Document Administrators have problem to open publisher

I am Qlikview administrator in our Publisher and have no problem to open Publisher and start task. But my colleague who is document administrators does it take minutes to open publishern and when he qlik on the map where his jobs is does it take minutes to open the map.

Any suggestion to where the problem is?

This has to do we a more complex lookup for doc admins.

Which version are you on? There has lately been improvements done to speed this up for doc admins.

The problems started after we uppgraded from 11.0 to 11.2 on a new server.

Which SR? SR9 or later has the cross domain change.

I think you should change the cross domain setting (see other post) if you have no use for it. This will improve the speed greatly in some environments.
