Qlikview Server SR3 with 50 document CALS.
We have 10 Document CALSs assigned to one document but it only shows as 39 Document CALs not allocated.
I suspect this is because at some point we had a document CAL assigned to a qvw which was then deleted without the document CAL being unassigned.
Unfortunately I don't know the name of the document as if I did I suspect the solution would be to create a qvw with the same name and then go into QMC and unassign the CAL.
Any ideas how I can find out where Qlikview thinks this CAL is assigned to or any other way to get the missing CAL back
Regards
Nigel

You can search forum for .pgo files. Delete them, restart your server and reassign all the document CALs. Should work fine. Otherwise, create a support ticket for QV using your Customer/Partner portal.

Thanks for the quick reply Rakesh I thought I would get a get a quick reply on here and hopefully get an answer this evening.
Have deleted all PGO files I could find on the server - had to stop qlikview to delete them - and restarted everything with a good old fashioned reboot but still says 39 unallocated document CALS.
I was under the impression it would reset back to the 50 document CALS.
I have a feeling it is going to be related to fact this server was an evaluation server before we purchased "real" licences.
Will log a call a qliktech.
Tried again and it works. Didn't get the .pgo files from C:\Documents And Settings\
Many thanks Rakesh
