Document Chaining on AccessPoint when files are located in different folders

Let's say I have document A and document B and they live in the same folder.

So I am able to document chain and pass selections easily on the desktop and accesspoint from one document to another via a button, and i chain by putting B.qvw as the action when opening document B . I have to put document A in a different folder than document B though. This works fine on the desktop by putting in the full file path in my action on the button, but this doesn't work on accesspoint though. I've been playing around with different combinations of the file path entry but nothing works.

Any help please?!

Thanks

Hi Bullshawks,

I have teo folders on the root drive of the "C" drive call Doc and Test. My main document is in the Doc folder and the other is under the mounted folder test.

I have tried using c:\test\test.qvw and ..\test\test.qvw and both works

Regards

Bill
