Document cal sheet does not appear on a document

Hello All

I have a specific document scheduled for relaod on server management console.

The problem is i can not see the document cal sheet to add doc cal on this specific document.

Is someone met this problem and solved it by any chance ? thanks for your help

Silly question but are you sure the license entered has document CALs available?

Yes we have doc cals available on server.

20 doc cals with the license.

I ask qlik support for help.
