Document is Not Visible for some users

Hi all,

      I have a problem . Document in the access point is not visible for some users in qlik view. Access were given to those users correctly. I am facing this issue in  recent days. I am using QV12 SR 9

can any one help me on this?

Are you using Section Access?

Do you have a Publisher license to perform document distribution using Tasks (and Distribution lists that could mess with the access to - and visibility of documents in the AP)?

Hi, just see if you have assigned to Document CAL to that user in QMC documents tab.
