Hi All,
Please find attahed screenshot.
When I am trying to open document in accesspoint it is not showing chart and only loading.
Can you please suggest on this.
Thanks ,
Deepak
Hi Deepak,
I would check the resources on the machine and see if it is running out.
Does this ever work?
Does it work in IE Plugin?
What about when you open the document in QV Desktop?
If you can isolate this to a single object within a stripped document having the issue, we might look into an error in the product. It would be great with a sample document.

Erik
Hi Erik,
Actually when we are opening the document on QV desktop it is working fine.
Even other users who have access of named user cal can also be able to access document properly using accesspoint.
But one of user who has access of document cal,the same documemnt is giving the problem while opening in accesspoint.
Thanks,
Hi Deepak,
If this is only happening for users that are using a Document CAL, we might look into an issue with the license model or QVS. Please open a support case and let them do a proper investigation about the issue.
Regards,
Erik
Hi Erik,
This issue is only for single user have document cal for Same file.
Other users having doc cal for same document able to access in proper manner.
Thanks,
Hi Deepak,
Sounds like it is something else than, not related to the CAL.
Is this user supposed to access this document?
What is the other differences between this user and other users?
Does it work if this user logs in from another machine?
Does it work for other users to log in from his machine?
Regards,
Erik
Hi Deepak
What client is that user using?
Does user has the same problem both with Desktop client and from Accesspoint?
Hi Erik,
I have just checked when i logged in on users machine gives me same problem but when user logs in my machine able to access the document.
Hi Deepak,
It sounds like it is something very much related to that machine then.
I would try to reset IE settings and remove all temporary internet files. If that doesn't help, try removing the CAL, and adding it again.
Regards,
Erik
Hi Erik,
I have already removed CAL and reassigned it again, but problem still persist.
Thanks,
