Document was forcibly closed

We just migrated to QlikView May 2021 from QlikView November 2017 SR9

Everything seems to be working pretty well, except for a single app.  

I've looked at other similar threads but they don't seem applicable. 

Any ideas?

This is not the exact same error, but could be worth a try

I marked this as solved since we used this technique in the previous version of QlikView server, but it looks like it no longer works. So unfortunately this is not resolved with this fix.

P.S. in the previous version we were using 90 seconds. That didn't work so I bumped it up to 120. Still didn't work.
