Hi,
Does QlikView keep user logs of user activities when logging into view applications? We are interested in knowing this from security/auditing point of view. The Document log does not record this when I looked.
Hi Michael
you will need to enable the audit logging.
To enable audit logging go to your QlikviewManagement Console, and in that console go to System tab, then setup, then inside Management service go to Qlikview servers, select the server name you see and go to logging tab and click Enable Audit logging.
Restart your Qlikview Server Service and then you will see the Audit text file.
You will find audit logs in programdata/Qliktech/qlikviewserver folder.
So, for examlple if your system drive is C drive then you will find it at
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer
go to this location and you will find a text file named as AUDIT_****
this is your Audit logs file.
Let me know, if you need any clarification.
Good Luck
Fernando

You can also use the session logs. Go to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer
