Error when setting up Email Alerts

I was setting up email alerts on QlikView. After setting up all the User Preference information, I am getting the following error when testing. Can anybody help me with this?

The error indicates your QlikView Desktop client is not correctly licensed and is in Personal Edition mode. You'll need to either license QV Desktop with a license or lease a license from the QV Server. Refer to the Qlik Support articles below on how to properly license QlikView Desktop.
