Error while installing license through management console

Hi,

I have installed QV server and when try to install license through the management console i get the following error messages,

01. Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.

02. Invalid size: -198437542

03. exception of type 'system.outofmemoryexception' was thrown

my installation environment is windows server 2003, iis6 and within a domain. Any help is highly appreciated.
