Error while upgrading to QlikView Server 12.10 SR8

Hi,

I am getting the attached error while trying to upgrade from QV Server from 11.20 to 12.10.

Please let me know how to resolve this and upgrade the QV Server to version 12.10.

I tried to reinstall the old version, halted it midway, copied the .msi file in the local drive and then run the Ver 12 installer again. When the error came again, I browsed to the local drive where I saved the .msi earlier.

Did this for the desktop, hope I can repeat the same for server as well.

Anyone facing the same issue, may refer this link:

Unblock the .exe file for the installer, and right click > Run As Administrator.

I am still getting the same message even after trying to "Run as Administrator"

How to unblock the .exe file by the way!!
