Export to excel issue in Qlikview 12.2 SR5

Hi All,

I was trying to export list box data into excel, got below result in excel. It's showing ######## Instead of Month names Jan, Feb ,Mar 

We have used same field(Month) in other charts, In that charts also we have same issue.

Version: Qlikview 12.2 SR5

List box- Month data(Jan ,Feb,Mar ........ Dec)

Excel Data:

We have tried the above steps in Qlikview 11.2 version, It's working absolutely fine.

It's not working in Qlikview 12.2 SR5 version

Could you please share solution here? Please
