FYI Snow Inventory audit

Hi,

Just as information if anyone searches the web for SNOW and Qlikview publisher.

Our IS/IT installed a program on all servers calles SNOW Inventory which gathers information about which programs that are running, are installed, have a license etc etc

That program increased the times of our publisher-tasks with about 600% as can be seen in the screenshot below. The program was installed at 03:48 and the timeout of the task is 25 min.

Since nothing can be seen in memory-usage, processor-usage or I/O usage that this program is causing trouble it is not trivial to find.

After uninstallation of Snow from the server we had to restart it to get back to the original performance.
