We have an Desktop Application made up of several QlikView Documents. We navigate from one to another using the Action on a button. i.e.
This works fine for all users except a new user we've got, who get's a Failed to open document error
She's got Windows 10 machine and QV 12.20.20100.0 installed. The Launch option does work but it opens the document without the Macros etc disabled so is not a suitable solution. Any advice?
• We checked all user preference settings which might restrict access or functionality
• We ensured that the license is up-to-date
• We tried to replicate the error on another Windows 10 machine and didn't encounter this.
I think the issue is with version 12.2. I got the user to uninstall and install version 12.1 and it fixed the issue. Version 12.2 does not like the relative paths for some reason.

is that file corrupted? try to open outside the trigger and check
Files not corrupted. Got 20 users all using it without issue.
