Failed to Open Document on Access Point but opens in QV Desktop
We have upgraded to QV April 2020 Release SR2 from Nov 2018 Release. We are facing a really weired issue with one of our apps with section access. All the other apps with section access are working fine. The issue is that wehn we try to open the app from access point we get an error "Failed to Open Document. You don't have access to this document". (See attached) , but it opens fine with the desired row reduction on QV desktop.
This is a hard one to give a solution without looking at your system and setup. Does the user have the right licenses to be able to open this document. Are you using document CALs?
