Failed to Open - new and old documents

Hi All 

Can anyone help with this issue, I have a QlikView desktop with no licence, as I am the only one reloading and viewing the reports.  but for the last 2-3 weeks I have been unable to open any document I have created. it just shows failed to load.

@james-clark what version of QlikView Desktop?

Can you post a screenshot of the message?
