'Failed to open document for unknow reason' error in QlikView access point.

Hi,

User is facing 'Failed to open document for unknow reason' error while opening a document/report in QlikView Access Point.

Only one user is facing this error, this report is working fine for all other users.

Hi @Devi_SK,

 

This article by Sonja does a walkthrough of a possible solution to your problem, perhaps you're on that version of QlikView?

If that doesn't work I found a similar issue from another user who solved it with an alternative method, as seen in the accepted solution for this post.
