Hello,
I install qvs 10 s/w in windows server 2008 R2 enterprise system. I restart the qv service and also system. But when i'm trying to open qlikview management console. I'm not able to do anything there.
I can able to see all connection in Red cross symbol. In botton of right side i can able to see the Error :Failure to connect
What is the problem can anyone help me.

Yes my qv service is running. But still i'm getting the error message as
Failed to contact service.

-check that the user which is running qv services belongs to QlikView Adminstrators group and is local administrator of the server.
-take a look into log files (if QlikView components were installed using default settings, find logs in following folders: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer and c:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log).
-check event logs of the server
Where can i check all this stuff.
i'm not able to see this path C:\ProgramData\ in sys
I can able to see that path now, It is hidden folder. But not able to see any log file in that path
Whether this issue has been resolved ?
