Files webserver not installed

I recently installed QlikView Server May 2021 on a new server, using IIS

When I look in the folder ..\QlikView\Web I see only one file exists: web.config.

On my old server, I see more folders and files.

Does anyone know why not all the files are being installed?

I'm local administrator on the server

Hello @Jurgen_van_der_Drift ,

I just did a clean installation of only the IIS component on a new instance and more files where present in such folder.

What happens if you run a repair? Did you check the installation log?

Cheers,

Albert

I assume that your old server has an installed QlikView web-server and within the new installation you disabled it for the IIS.

Marcus,

Thank for your reply.

On both my old server as the new one I'm using IIS.

Only within our very first testings ages ago we had tried the IIS and I don't remember which files were created on which place for it. But your shown screenshot from the folder looked like as if the QlikView web-server was installed within your old environment. Maybe both web-server were originally installed and afterwards the QlikView web-server were disabled.

Is there any issue now with the IIS as web-server? Is the IIS configured? Is the access point accessible?
