Forgot Control Key Number

HI All,

We are currently on QlikView 9 and now planning to migrate to QV 11.

After Installation of QV11 when updating the License Key it is requesting for Control number.

In Qlikview 9  the Control number field is empty

Must enter a control number

.No one knows the control key in my team.

Please help me how to get the Control Number.

It should be part of the license information QT has sent to you.

If you lost this information, contact your QT sales rep.

The license has been got  from Qliktech long back. The people who setup the environment left the company.

We dont have license file which we got from QlikTech.

Please guide me how to get it

Contact QlikTech Sales. Only they can give you the information. Otherwise you'll have to buy new licenses... for which you also need to contact QlikTech of a Qlikview Partner.

I got the control Key from My old Team mate.
