Hide extensions in Qlik Sense

We have a Qlik Sense server with a few extensions.

We use a few object extensions, but would like to hide them for the end-users so they don't appear in the chart area as objects.The end-user should still be able to use the extension-object for published app's where the extension object is included.

Is this possible and how?
