Hold Graph Axis Display Range on selecting data

Is there a way to hold Axis display range constant on graph?

So I have 4 bars at 20% 40% 60% and graph shows axis from 0 to 100%

When I select one of the bars, lets say 20% it zooms in and my max value on x axis is only 25%.

Can I control it? Can I keep it at 100% all the time?

Not entirely clear what you mean but did you try

Static Min and Static Max in Axes Tab?
