How Do I Disable Collaboration Features (Create Charts) for Specific Users on the QlikView Server

Hi,

I have a single QVD that I publish view the IE Zero Footprint using QlikView Server. I have 3 users who access this document but I only want one of them to be able to create charts and use collaboration features available in Enterprise. How would I go about doing this?
