How add named users?

I'm trying to set up qlikview server 11 64bit Windows 2008 64bit

How can I add named users?

tab System -> Licences -> then click on QlikView Server -> Client Access Licences -> Assigned Cals -> then type username and click on "Assign Cal" button.

         and then Say Apply at the bottom.
