How can I open the public personal edition qlikview files?

I need help with this part. If you go to the Qlik website, you will find a lot of help with the knowledge based answers with files. 

However, it cannot be opened because it is the data of the old qlikview version and it is a personal edition. 

Since I am a licensed user, can I open the file created with the old qlikview personal edition without restrictions?

It would be very helpful if you could tell me how to do that.

Yes you should be able to open any document with a licensed version of QlikView desktop.
