How do I allow access behind Oracle OAM to the QlikView Access Point?

The OAM (Oracle Access Manager) is passing me the user ID in the NT_USER_ID header. The user will not have an account on the server nor will the user be specifically defined as a user in QVS.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This is SSO. I should be receiving a valid User ID from Oracle. How do I authenticate this?
