Qlikview Gurus,
Kindly help me to find out Access Point last logged in date for our authenticated users. As we have to identify users who are not using Qlikview for last 3 months. Kindly provide me if any one is having any utility tool that works on any access point security logs.
Regards,
Venkat

Go to QMC -> Documents Tab -> Select the dashboard to see the last used time -> Go to Document CALS Tab -> Under Last Used (UTC) you should be able to see the last used time for the dashboard.
Similarly for Named cal goto QMC -> System Tab -> Click on Qlikview Server -> Client Access Licenses(CALS)-> Assigned CALs -> under Last Used (UTC) can see the last usage by the user.
Also there are some Qlikview Log Analyser dashboards which make use of the Logs to identify the last usage and all that try to use them if you wish to know more details
Dear Sasikanth,
Thank you for your quick response. the above information only gives me Named user CALs. we are having many Authenticated users who access from Access Point (most of them are not Named users) . As we have 20 session CALs , these users login to access point using session CALs.

Chinna
QlikView server logs information including who has accesses which dashboard. An example of how to use this can be found here (others are avaible if you do a search)

Have you already checked you Session logs. I think in the session logs you can find the user id , login time, log out time and duration and many more. you need to load the session log into QlikView and then you can find the max login time group by users to find the last login time of the user. It also shows the license used by the user to access the server.
Go to:
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Sessions*.log
and see:
1. Timestamp
2. Documentgenericqvwdocument
3. QlikView User
4. Authenticated user

Dear All,
Thank you..it works with Session logs. I have used system monitoring utility and loaded session logs and created a simple straight table with Authenticated user and maximum(sessionend) . That gave me the last login date for a user.
Thank you all for your help.
