we installed a qlikview server with server license and no publisher license available
Is it possible to give access for users through browser with out publisher license?, If yes ....
Now i want to know how we can give access to the documents from a browser view / Access point from another machine

Access to document will be added in QMC. If you want to Access QMC from another server you need to be a member of Qlikview Administrator Group.
http://servername:4780/qmc
If you want to Access AccessPoint in webbrowser, then use this link.
http://servername/qlikview/index.htm
This can only reatch this from a machine inside the domain. If you have used IIS as webservice you can Reach from "outside".
