How to Delete the Task in QMC?

Hi,

I have an External task created in the Supporting task in System tab in QMC.

i have a vbscript which will do archiving. when i run the vbscript, it gave me an error, permission denied and the task is keep running.

so how to stop that task in QMC?

i deleted those task from supporting task, but also it still shows in the status tab, in task list.

so how i can delete it or stop it?

i pressed on stop button, it gives error telling could not find the task ID 23dsfwef3weerw like this.

but its not stopping.

so please some one help me
