How to add user to QlikView Management API

Hi!

I am building an app to control the Server's task with C#. I use this tutorial QlikView Management API - #1 Setting up a Visual Studio project . When  I ran my app I had an exeption:

Authorization failed for user PC025-PC\Usuario, required access level is QlikView Management API

I try to add my user to the group but I can't find something like "Server Manager" (Administrador de servidores in spanish).

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Can anybody help me?
