How to create a more secure Internet access point?
What complementry technologies are quick and effective for creating a more secure Internet access point? Is there an off the shelf Microsoft product?
We have the Small Business Edition and would like to allow staff to access QlikView from remote locations via the Internet, however, we need more security features that currently provide by QlikView's AccessPoint.
The key features we would like are:
+ Lock an account after 3 failed login attempts
+ Restrict poor passwords (ie. limit number and combintation of characthers)
You should be able to do all of the above but the lock an account with basic windows functions. Qlikview has nothing to do with Passwords unless you are using custom directory.
You should check with your IT team for help with these issues.
