How to get QVS Statistics / Performance information ?

Hello,

I have a custom web page which lists the users and documents opened on my Qlikview Server.

It uses a tool created on the basis of QlikView Power Tools

But I would like to make it better by showing also Server Performance information (the information of QVS Statistics / Performance in QMC)

Is it possible to get these information with a tool ? or with a link ? without being connected or by a secure connection ?

Thanks

You seem to be asking for a readymade tool to display QlikView Server Performance statistics. I know of only one such tool: the QlikView Governance Dashboard.

If you don't want to integrate a QlikView application into your custom web page, the QVGD can serve as a (documented) reference on how to best extract this type of data from the various QlikView logs. The QVGD is a streamlined self-explaining dashboard. All magic happens in the script which - though being hidden - can be easily accessed and analysed. The password is on the Main script tab.

Best,

Peter

Hello Peter,

yes I hoped to have an easy way to connect to the API to get these information but well, that would probably mean creating a new .net application ..

I've already done an access to the Performance logs to get most the information I want and I'll look at the Governance Dashboard to do more

Thanks

One thing to note is that the QVGD is historical in nature and not real-time. You'll need to configure reloads to get fresh information.
