Hi All,

We have server with 5 Named User CAL's and it is running on machine with  IP.

I have a laptop and installed QlikView.As it is personal edition I can't open some QVW's which I want.

So I want to apply a licence for my laptop Qlikview desktop version.

So what are the options I can try to apply license ?

I tried to lease a license by adding my name at QEMC and trying as below from laptop.But no luck.

Is your userid already leasing license on another machine? You are limited to two machines per userid for license lease.

Dear Chiranjeevi,

Make sure that the server you are trying to lease from is not a "test server" with a "test license". Test licenses won't allow you to lease a license. To know if your license is a "test license" check the LEF and see if it read "TEST_EDITION;;YES"
