How to open a application using ajax-client with prepared url (including custom user and pw)

Does anyone know which URL I have to use to open a application with ajax-client. Inside the URL I want to set the Custom User-Name and the PW.

I think it could be constructed like this:

http://myserver/QvAJAXZfc/AccessPoint.aspx?open=&id=QVS@myserver%7Cmyprojects/my_app.qvw&USERID=username&PASSWORD=pw&client=Ajax

I tried this out but I have no success.
