How to redirect http request to https automatically using QlikView Web Server

I also cannot prevent the login form from asking for our domain (domain\username) in order to successfully login

We are using W2K8 R2 with QVS 9 SR3

To be able to utilize Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) the site must be located in the Local Intranet zone in Internet Explorer. IWA is not supported in Internet zone for example. Please check the zone settings in IE and add the site to Local Intranet if required.
