How to specify certain people for sharing annotation ?

I want a list of specific users which is predefined for sharing annotations, i dont want to create user for sharing annotation statically.

Can any one help me in this?

I think it is tied to "Enable Server Objects creation" function, together with bookmarks, etc. I am sure this will be provided in very next SR release as I can see this is very important to control who can make annotations on the documents.
