Hi Abinnava,

2 ways -

1. check in the Windows Control Panel - Programes etc... it will show up there

2. Via the access point, click View Details under a dashboard thumbnail

when ever we saw the dashboard on AP before version 11(i think so),we can see two options under the name of dashboard, open with

AJAX PLUGIN (in blue url ) and IE Plugin (in blue url type, if IE is not installed url should in disable mode but it will appears)

some thing like that.

Hi Andy,

1) It doesn't show up in Windows Control Panel - Programes

2) It only shows default which in IE plugin but for a business user, how can he find out?

Thanks,

Abhinava

It sounds like the IE Plugin is not installed then is it's not in control Panel, it also appears under Managed Add On in IE as:

Qlik OCX Control
