To be honest I think the help desk finally made the users downlaod the latest IE and it worked
But its been so long i didnt remeber

To help understand this problem, can you provide step-by-step screenshots? Also, I just want to make sure you're aware that QV9 requires IE7+, and unexpected results like blank pages an frequently occur for users with IE6...
