Intercept Messages to Load Data

Is it possible to intercept messages and load them into QlikView either directly or via a QVD?

We have a system that throws out messages on the various status on incoming records and I would like to capture these and use that information to lookup up further data.

If possible - what is the simplest way to develop/best architecture ?

You best bet here is to have the system save the messages to a text file or spreadsheet. Then you can load the data into QV from that.

Many thanks - That was what I thought (and have now implemented), but wanted to check that I was not missing something!
