License is reflecting as expired in QlikView Server

Hi Team,

   The license is renewed but it's not reflecting in customer portal. Kindly help.

It looks like you have updated the license in the QMC, the LEF info still shows expiration as May 31th.

You need to do an update license from server, or put in the control number and hit apply

In addition to Maria's suggestion you need to enter the control number for the publisher as well to update the LEF.

Hi @thorntid,

As both Maria and Jill have pointed out, the support to date in the LEF, 2022-05-31, in the QMC you showed has now lapsed.  

I checked the license noted in your screen capture in the Qlik Manual LEF Checker website and below is the current LEF:

9107530648676533
PDF_GENERATION;YES;;
PRODUCTLEVEL;30;;2023-05-31
SPECIAL_EDITION;OEM;;
9X68-8L5K-GP7S-RYH7-6N3H

So as both Maria and Jill noted, you'll need to click the Update License from Server button.  See Qlik Support articles  How to License a QlikView Server or Update the License and Upgrading or Licensing QlikView with an expired Maintenance Contract.
