I think we had issues with QlikView 11.2 SR 2 and IE 9 or 10.

It may not be a bug, sometimes object get corrupted (not supported by your qlikview plugin or browser or qlikview version) which will not support your application. It happens to me so many time , I also looking for some solution but every time I suggested to recreate this object which got corrupted or to have comparable version of both qlikview and browser.

Hi, can you please explain a bit more on recreating the object? Do you mean that remove the listbox and add it again?
As a customer you will have a customer portal login. you need to provide your details to the QlikView account manager and then they will provide customer portal access to your id.
In the customer portal you can create case reporting any bugs you found in the product.
