You can process the Session*.log files from the QVS log directory (use Qlikvew OpsMonitor.qvw) as well as read the QVWS (web server) logs or IIS logs if you are using IIS.

Hi ASHFAQ

Do you have an updated version of the Server Monitoring document for QlikView 10/Windows Server 2008?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Hi Rob

I can't locate the Qlikvew OpsMonitor.qvw document on our server.  Is it a standard QVW?  or do you know where I can get a copy from?

Cheers

Simon

Hi,

To get data from Sessions table is good, but you only get the data for "Connected users".

What if you need to know the ratio of total allowed with total connected?

So, the easiest way is to read the DACL info of each QVWs of which the users have access to, extract them into a file and re-import them to the V9/V10 Ops Monitor and link to Sessions table.

Link below is a little vbscript to do that....
