Mac/Safari won't Export to Excel

Has anyone had issues with exporting object data from QV v.9 to Excel on a Mac/Safari browser? The browser's pop-up blocker is set to allow the pop-up. Thanks!

Yes, i have some problem.

Customer need doing export to Excel, but Safari did't upload excel file.
