Making the QV9 web portal secure (HTTPS)

Folks,

Please help me out in making my portal secure.

I have my Qv installed in E: drive, but my config.xml file is saved in the C: drive. I have set the https port to mine in the xml file..But it still doesnt work..Are there any more changes I would have to make?
