Hello,
We have about 15 document CALs that are allocated, but not visible against any existing reports. All document CALs have been removed before deleting reports. I've restored every deleted report and checked that no document CALs are assigned to them. How do I find out where these CALs are allocated and recover them?
Is there any way I can just clear and reset all licenses?

Hi,
This means someone removed a QVW that had the files assigned to it. If you can remember the document name just rename any qvw to that name and put it back long enough to remove the cals.

I've tried this but can't find the document CALs from any old deleted files.
What can I do alternatively? Is there a way I can just wipe all document CALs?
